Our App is not targeted to anyone underage as established in our Terms & Conditions of Service. If you are underage, you should not submit your personal data through parQlot website or mobile application.

2.1. Registering and Logging in with Apple/Google (third parties)

You can register for or log in to your parQlot account using a third-party provider. This means that you can use your Apple or Google account as an authentication method to register for or log in to parQlot.

When register or log in using a third-party provider, you will be taken to the respective interface from Apple or Google to enter your login information. Apple or Google will then indicate which data are transferred to us for authentication purposes as part of the registration or login process. These are:

• Your first and last name;

• Your profile picture, if available;

• Your email address (unless you have selected "Hide My Email" in your Apple account).

The purpose and scope of the data collection as well as the further processing and use of your data by Apple or Google, including your rights and setting options in order to protect your privacy, can be found in Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

• Performance of a contract: We process your information that’s necessary to fulfil our contract with you. This means providing the App laid out in the parQlot`s Terms & Conditions of Service.

• Legitimate interests: We process your information as necessary for our legitimate interests. Our interests include providing an innovative, personalised, and safe to our users and partners, and responding to legal requests. 6. Rights of the data subject

You have the right:

• Access and correct information: you have the right to access and correct your personal data stored or processed by parQlot, subject to applicable law.

• Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

• Erase Information: you have the right to request that we erase your information, if there are valid grounds for doing so and subject to applicable law.

• Object and Restriction: you have the right to object to and restrict certain processing of your information.

7. International data transfer

As parQlot operates globally, we may use service providers to process personal data on our behalf (processors) for a number of processes. parQlot has entered into data processing agreements with these processors to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. When personal data are transferred to a third country under these agreements, parQlot implements appropriate safeguards to guarantee a level of data protection that is substantially equivalent to that required by the applicable laws.

We will retain your personal data as long as your parQlot account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. In principle, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized when the purpose for which the data were collected no longer applies, unless you have consented to further processing. We will provide you notice of material amendments to our Policy, as appropriate, and update the "Effective Date" at the top of our Policy. Your continued access or use of our App confirms your acceptance of our Policy, as amended. We hope you will continue using our App, but if you do not agree to our Policy, as amended, you must stop using our App by deleting your account.
